I bought this laptop in April, and within just 20 days, the keyboard stopped working. I called the service toll-free number nearly 10 times. Each time, they just asked me to reset or format the OS, but the problem still persists. The laptop is not working properly even after following all their instructions. I feel like I’ve wasted my money on this product. It’s the worst purchase I’ve made. No one should buy this laptop. Don't be misled by the average rating—this product is highly disappointing

Acer Nitro V Won't Turn On? Check the Charger Connection!
If your Acer Nitro V Gaming Laptop doesn’t turn on, check the charger connection. The charging port requires the cable to be pushed in twice to ensure a proper connection. Even if it feels plugged in, it might not be fully inserted. Once firmly connected, the laptop will power on without issues.

How well does it work as a gaming Laptop?
Very good value for money. The RAM was upgraded to 32 GB more out of the need to juice it up more but it did not really make a difference as the performance was already good.

Very good performance for the price. Display is not as bad as people make it out to be , especially for gaming and content viewing. Very good thermals as well. Great performance for almost all AAA titles. Overall a solid 8.6/10 for the price !

I have been using it since 11 months . There has been no issues until now. But the battery capacity is less and the display is not OLED , but works pretty well for me.
