It's simples. Very simple.
It's ok if you want to use both for exercises and casual situations. But if you really want to get seriesly some sport I recommend you to buy another wearable. If you always go out with your phone I recommend peak up the Bip U model.

Fine budget smartwatch, not accurate though
Build and looks are fine, although I wish for a bigger screen. Battery life is not 9 day for sleep tracking enabled. So that's that. I didn't find the steps and other measuring features accurate enough and spo2 measurements says failed all the time.
