Guys I request you to read this before you invest your hard earned money on this machine.
One day suddenly while editing, The display turned off. (Since the day I purchased this laptop I have not moved from my desk. So there is no point of any external damage.) After raising the issue, They sent a guy for inspection, who. 1. Found no external damages on the body. 2. Could not find any damage on the visible screen. 3. Found some marks inside the screen, but he was not sure if it was a damage. There was a high chance that it could not be a damage, but he did not have the tools to check it. Normally faulty screen is sent to center in Delhi where they check for damage. But the service centre does not want to take the risk of installing the new screen screen and sending back the faulty one to the repair center. And here I am struck., with a 2.5 lakh laptop, which is under warranty, but Team ASUS is not ready to repair it. And the new screen will cost 18k. If this STATE-OF-THE-ART machine can stop functioning, even after being kept on a table over a Cooling Pad Stand, I would ask you to think twice before investing into it. I would not have written this review, If the customer care would have been supportive.

Absolute beast! Been using it for 2 months, love it love it love it
There is nothing that you cannot do on this laptop. There is so much power for work and play. It supports everything. I am officially in love with Asus and would highly recommend everyone to get it.

Stopped working after about a month
Don't just go by the specs and international reviews. laptop suddenly stopped working after a month. It wont turn on , no power light. Pathetic response from ASUS customer support. Seems they don't have a support network in India. After raising complain, it's 6 days over , no one visited for inspection. Its a joke in the name of onsite warranty support.

1 year of usage and screen is dead. First sign when screen burn in starts then Colours go off. Lastly screen is dead. Never going for gaming laptop now. Pc is better for sure since parts are replaceable.

Laptop charger does not work with Indian electrical sockets, rendering it unusable as a portable laptop. Customer Service is unwilling to help return or refund this item, and basically said it is not in their policy, despite me having a good customer order history with Amazon. Throughly disappointed that this item was deemed as deliverable to Indian pin-codes, without making it exceedingly clear that it wont work with Indian electrical sockets. Even more disappointed with the customer service who were unwilling to even try to to find a way to help me.
