Hi All, I am writing my shopping experience with Reliance and review of this laptop Might be it will help you ... Shopping Experience - If you're visiting at Reliance digital store and purchasing from there then it might be cost you higher than ordering online from Reliance Digital official website - In Middle of Night Reliance Digital gives good offer on debit/credit cards with less price it will save straight your thousands of rupees - If I talk about Reliance Digital staff member - I will keep it as a neutral as due to some unprofessional people I don't want to give lower rating to RelianceDigital, so it depends upon Reliance Staff and store location and area Laptop Review - Laptop looks is very nice - Window is Windows 11 Home Single Language 22H2 - Installed CPU is 12th Gen Intel (R) Core(TM) i5 - 12500H - CPU L1-1.1 MB / L2-9.0 MB/ L3-18MB - Installed Memory is 16GB around 8 GB we see available / Not sure what brand of Ram is however its 3200 Mhz - SSD is NVMe EM280512GTTCB5-E19TAS / Lots of space more than 50GB is already showing used by installed software... So definitely you will miss 1 TB storge in this laptop - Keyboard having position change for “0” and “.” and “Enter” button is too small so it’s very uncomfortable and confusing to work while you are using some Math or Number works - Mouse pad Right Click and Left click is not smooth also double click on mouse pad not works so I am not sure it’s some fault in laptop or what is going on... I will keep the same in my observation and will go to service centre if I get some more information on the same - Keyboard Backlight white colour match with keyboard printing numbers so sometime you face discomfort to work in dark/night or low light - Video playing requiring HEVC codec and its asking to buy for 54 Rupees, not sure why, is it mandatory in new this window or not - Its very complex to setup laptop initially - CPU performance is robust I copied hundreds of GBs data in one go - Screen size is good but don't expect it will be good for HD video editing its ok for study and normal use - Battery backup is not as per my expectation its ok not wow - It depends on the individual users and what they use I hope this small review is informative for you. thanks
