I bought this hp laptop 1 month back and after it's return period was over, it was showing all the issues. It wasn't working at all. It's a scrap and sold to customers in new prices. Worst performance, worst quality, heating issues, mother board issues, screen issues, battery issues in the first month itself. Total waste of money and time. Disgusting!! I will complain in consumer forum about hp as well as Amazon for fooling around, fraud and selling scrap item at new laptop prices.

don't buy any product in croma. don't waste money. I have bought this hp laptop it is discharging in 30 min without using any thing in laptop. I tried to return app is not taking service request for return.called customer service worst experience with them they have not rised return request behalf of me and told me to go offline store. on next day I went and rised return request they delayed another 3 days.after these app issue and delaying they told me return policy exceed .I wasted 46000

Don't buy anything from croma.com. I have never seen such a shit service and support. Not delivered on delivery address even there was option to home delivery on my pin code, I drive 8KM to get delivery. Not delivered on time, 3 days late delivery plus their customer support number is paid, even you have free unlimited calling still you need main primary balance. No response on time from support, Better go to local Croma store. Btw, laptop is good and this rating is for only croma.com.
