Display issue

First time bought HP product. Display gone within one year and warranty exist. Problem is they r saying standard warranty will not applicable. They are charging 11K + for new display. I will not recommemd HP laptops

Worst services rendering from Amazon and HP Laptop services at Hyderabad

The most worst laptop I have seen in my 30 careers of IT industry and also when I connected with Amazon for service which is in warranty period, they are throwing the ball at HP organization or One Assist (Third parry vendor - suggested by Amazon for service and extended insurance). When we connected with HP authorized service centre at Prakashnagar, Hyderabad, they are saying that we cannot claim the insurance though the product is in warranty as Amazon will do the assembling from different vendors to sell as HP laptops to their customers. Who are the thiefs in this whole episode? HP or Amazon or one assist or the HP authorized service centre wala? Whoever they are, I lost my money and I am thinking on go legally on this to get back my services back from either of these vendors.
