One of my worst decisions to buy this. While the product is good, it doesn't last long, the quality is bad and the wear and tear damages the cushions. After 10 months of using the Bluetooth has stopped working and in the wired i cannot hear anything on the left side. I contacted the support for replacement or atleast repair but since there is " COSMETIC DAMAGE", that is the cushions are worn out ( even the slightest), it seems they cannot provide any support at all. How do they expect that after 10 months of usage there will no wear and tear at all.? Did not expect this type of support from JBL and harman.

Reasonably priced, good build quality and sound
Build quality good, sound is good too. BT, when it connects properly, has a reach of around 50 feet. But there are two major issues: 1. BT connectivity is rather slow...takes at least a minute to connect to my laptop. BT connectivity with phone is seamless. 2. Picks up all ambient noise, so if you're walking in a park, the other person will only hear children screaming or people talking...ambient noise is louder than your own voice.

Good Sound/Bass. Fitting not good.
Good sound/bass quality But fitting wise too tight since it’s a hard plastic.. Not comfortable for long term use.

I like the product very much sound quality is very good and bass also it the best brand in the india worth to buy this product.NOTE:but if they send defective item not possible to return or replacement we have to go JBL service centre in Begumpet.

Sound Quality is Good , Balanced sound with slightly bass sympathetic but bass is not thumping. Not supporting App.

Amazing Sound Quality & Bass ~~ Totally Worth It
I've been using these JBL headphones for a week now and I'm genuinely impressed The sound quality is crystal clear with punchy bass that doesn't overpower vocals. Very comfortable for long listening sessions and the battery backup is solid too easily lasts me a two days. Bluetooth connectivity is fast and stable Totally worth the price if you want good audio without breaking the bank!

Useless, possibly refurbished product.
Such a huge brand name of JBL and the product has severe lag in audio (2 - 3 seconds). Tried all troubleshooting steps with reference to product booklet with 0 result. Best of all it cannot be replaced, or refunded, via Amazon and I have been asked to visit their nearest service center to get a replacement/ refund. That is what happens if the price of the product is nearly 40% below the MRP as the manufacturer may be selling refurbished products at 1,999/- when the original product price is 4,999/-. A severe case of misrepresentation and hoodwinking the customer irrespective of their brand name. I am unwilling to run around from one service center to another. Unfortunately stuck with this useless product without any resolution. 1,999/- gone down the drain. Request to other customers - please read the return/ refund policies before ordering any such promotional offers from Amazon. Bad and negative customer experience throughout.
