Need assistance to return the tab
Replaced the item two times. First time battery issue, second time scratched and hanging, requested to replace, told out of stock, came to pick up but but not picked due to IMEI mismatch. Now showing replacement date over.

Bought it for 5400 , tablet is big 10 inch and bright , it only use 1gb ram so 2.5gb ram remaiing no hang . Android 10 it comes with. Tablet cant play hd video from iphone, mx player can play it but with software so its so slow to play hd video. Hang issue also present when playing facebook video. For youtube its smooth and its very good for playing 720p videos and view photos. Camera is disapointing and ugly. Totally its value for Money because its lightweight and support sim card

They Hav given a second hand tab because wen we refreshed the tab there were many passwords and many pictures of previous owners A very bad sell from Amazon and the tab Hav many issues it keeps on hanging time and again

Just received the product,gotta say it's looking and working good for the price range,touch is good, applications are good.i ordered it just to watch movies and do random stuff,will update about it after a week of use plus the delivery was early which is a good thing

Amazon Helping Lenevo to clear their garbage stock
I bought this tablet specifically for billing purposes, intending to run just one app. However, this tablet has proven to be completely useless it doesn't even open a single app or allow basic browsing. This is unacceptable. Why does Amazon allow such defective products to be sold? Lenovo should be ashamed for still keeping this outdated and dysfunctional product on the market. This device should be discontinued immediately. It seems like Lenovo is simply clearing old stock and exploiting customers. Since this government came into power, fraud and substandard products are everywhere. I won’t let this slide I will file a serious complaint and pursue this matter until this product is taken back and refunded.
