Heating issues
Don't listen to any reviewer online. This phone has heating issue which as per company is within acceptable range. So company cannot help you neither Amazon. Amazon should be albe to return but now a days returning undesirable products is difficult. We don't buy products to return always or for fun. So I will try not to buy things from Amazon.

1.I am experiencing log while surfing into the mobile 2.while on what's app call the voice is logging promptly. 3.when i charged 100%, but it even not stand by 8 hours. 4. Heating issue 5. As they mentioned 12 GB RAM, But coming to really it is not give performance like a 8GB 6. I feel it does not feel like user friendly mainly due to log issue. 7. I can see may of my friends phone not even this much cost their phone working without these kind of issue.
