About getting my first

I love the way the phone works, but it is super fragile. Even with liquid glass and a case I am on my third screen for this thing

Go collect your check from Samsung anytime you want

Worst phone I have ever had. Since day 1 have had to reboot the phone in order to make or receive calls...3 to 4 times a day. Terrible picture quality. Have had this phone 2 months and I deeply regret not getting a Samsung. Sound quality is terrible and trying to get voicemail but decline visual voicemail is like fighting an invisible warrior.

My time is running out to return this phone, and find another one. I have SO many things that I don't like about the Motorola edge 5g. It's so tall, and my fingers can't reach the top of the screen, it's too big to fit in a pocket, and it's just not comfortable to use. The video is horrible, it shakes all over the place even if you're holding it steady. I have constant pop up ads that constantly interrupt me even though I have them off, and continuous notifications that pop up over top of my screen (also off), and Google has so much crap overloaded on here, it's impossible to do anything on the phone without answering to Google first. Anyone have any suggestions on a better phone? See, I have only had the chance to actually look at the 5 that Verizon puts out, so you either have to buy one of those, or buy one from pictures and descriptions, and hope that you make the right choice, or you are then either stuck with another phone you don't like, or pay $50 so they can put it back in the box and seal it up for some other sucker to come along to buy it. If anyone can help me find a phone, and a better carrier, that might be a better fit for me, I greatly appreciate the feedback.

I think there's a menu/settings option that allows you to turn up the volume other than your side keys .

I just picked up the Moto Edge 2021 and have decided that I like this Edge 2020 better. The 2020's OLED screen is brighter, speakers sound better, has a headphone jack and it's battery seems to last long anger. I think the 144hz LCD in the 2021 might be draining the battery faster. While I would have preferred a flat screen, I have to agree that this design is beautiful slender and premium. The update for 2021 has better specs but it is clunky and does not improve this users experience.

I'm having problems with the call volume I can't turn it up. And I'm getting an enormous amount of spam.
