Seller's shipped a defective product. The phone does not switch on
Inspite a 2 hour initial charge, the phone is not switching on . So, I got shipped a lemon. Now to begin the tedious task of replacement and the many hoops i'dve run through to get a working phone. Edit 26Apr22 - Purchase done on 11Apr. Still struggling to return phone and get a refund, inspite multiple escalations.The pickup team wants to switch on and verify a Dead phone, before collecting which WAS the complaint in the 1st place! 8 or 9 calls to the help desk and counting
