Best for online classes and TV monitor only. Not suitable for Drafting and designing.
This MSI 27 monitor is good pice but one must buy for it's designed purpose only. Pros: 1. Anti glare display. 2. Pivot for trading and drafting. 3. Fair speakers. 4. 100hz feels so good. 5. Eye friendly settings. 6. Skinny stand sturdy as solid, feels like sci fi. 7. Slim monitor and hidden in screen speakers (you find no open holes for speakers) cool actually, mo need to worry abt dust. 8. Posture adjustment aid display tools. Cons. 1. Pixelated text (serious issue) but will be solved with dark page and white text setting in word. 1080 p and 27 inch is bad choice for office purpose especially for drafting. Not suitable for advocates and traders using white themes. 2. Bulk 16amp plug, surely designed for it power consumption, More than average power utilisation. 3. HDMI is good, but VGA pin? why old school now? Add a dp port na...? 4. 180° free loop pivot, doesn't settle precisely at 90° and 180° but tightness if good. 5. No standby LED, you don't know weather switch is on or off. 6. Gamers stay way from this get a 120hz or above and 24 inch va pannel monitor only. I got this at 11k and not felt satisfied, because I want it for drafting and it's not designed for it. This monitor is best for 1. Online classes, I'm actually enjoying my classes in this. 2. Video conferencing, if you stick with budget and don't need a KVM or usb hub monitor, this is the perfect one. Go blindly. 3. Using as TV via fire TV stick or DVR monitor. Also like slide show monitor at your jwellery or fancy shop. You can enjoy browsing or watching shows but remember speakers are just basic not immersive. 4. Trading (but only in dark background theme) 100hz will help you to watch sharp moments, fast bids smoothly. 5. In shop or reception monitor (killer at this segment) vga also come at rescue for this. Exclusively avoid for: 1. Gaming. 2. Drafting and drawing. 3. Grafic designing.
