Very very bad customer service of MSI.
Don't purchase MIS as their service policy is very very very very bad. For each and every activity they format your entire machine. They don't try to understand or listen anything as a customer point of view.

Awesome PC alternate
I absolutely love this laptop. I use it daily for photoshop, Illustrator, Powerdirector video editor. I connect 2 LED screens, mouse, keyboard and use it as a PC. I love it. Battery life is sketch. Great portable and powerful PC.

Used it for 1 year as an engineer student haven't face any problems till now the sound quality is ok it has bottom speakers sound will get better if you elevate them little bit .Battery quality is good for gaming laptop got it around 50k it is good for the price.
