Best phone in Sub 30k segment
I switched from Samsung M51 to OnePlus 10R and my review is based on that. Pros 1. The screen is top notch with the touch sensitivity and refresh rate making it amazing in terms of clarity. 2. The cameras, both front and back are very good at capturing detail. 3. I switched from Samsung to OnePlus and found this phone equally easy to use. Although Samsung still gives you best in ease of use. 4. Charger is provided with the phone which is something most top brands have stopped doing it. 5. Charging is pretty fast and I have experienced 3% to 100% in just over 30 minutes. 6. I have not faced any phone heating issues but then I do not play games on my phone and I am a moderate user. Cons 1. There is no external SD card slot. But that is the case with almost all top brands. Cloud storage or use of pen drives (via OTG) to back your data are options that we have. 2. The option to better arrange/customize the app menu is not available. 3. I tried the screencast option to display my phone content on the TV and it still hasn't worked for me. I will try again. But it was much easier on a Samsung. 4. The battery life is fair but it does not last more than 1 and a half day. This is definitely not a gaming phone. 5. Connecting my Samsung Gear S3 takes exactly a minute more than it did on an M51. 6. The earphone slot is given a miss so you have to have BT earphones which is again a common switch for almost all top brands. OnePlus 10R is an amazing phone compared to M51 despite all the limitations clearly because of the display and camera along with the ease of use. The battery may not last as much but the charging is much faster.

Good phone. Won't mind buying again!
Good built Great battery life. Last for 2 days with moderate usage in my working days. (Holidays I spend more time on social media and drain its battery by the end of the day). ~25 min to 100% battery charge is often very useful. Stereo speakers give good sound quality and volume. The phone is performing great for my day to day works (I don't play any games) but multiple applications remain open. Rear camera is superb. Low light photography is great! Nearby share is great. Display is great. Its OEM Cover provides excellent protection. Once while making video my phone fell from 6ft height on road (to my SHOCK). But I was surprised as I couldn't find even one scratch anywhere. This was really unbelievable, as in the video the tumbling and falling effect is clearly recorded in the phone. I showed it to my friends also who were there with me to make them believe that my phone actually fell on road. Front camera is not satisfactory. Its pictures are excessively brightened and don't look good. This is the single feature I dislike about my phone. A good front camera would have made it worthy of 5 stars. OnePlus, you have disappointed on that account! Nevertheless its sturdyness and reliability would prompt me to buy this again if needed for anyone else in my family.

High Performance Engine, working is very cool. DISPLAY option is found in Dark Mode and Light Mode as well, in dark mode we found two more options like ultra dark mode and Natural Dark mode. Specially Oxygen OS gives breath to the smart phones with beautiful User Interface, I like this very much. Coming to a BATTERY Optimization, it will take 17 to 18 min for 💯 charge, and 8hrs long losting power. Overall battery performance is too good. It's a 6.7 inches big screen, when we watching videos it's gives feels like theatre. 5g network type supports 4g 3g 2g as well that is fine.(supports high speed internet connectivity). When we comes to camera Rear camera gives like DSLR feeling in daylight and night light mode with many options and Front camera working cool in daylight, night late not that much good. Gaming will work without lag's with long losting 7hrs battery backup. Overall performance good in gaming. Specker setup is not having Dolby sounds but the sound setup is in different range. Disadvantage : am expecting aura Design in back side. This is the only con from my side. It looks crazy but am not satisfied with its back side design. But camera posture will be very good and camera Design is looks ultra good. Only the back case.

I am using OnePlus 10R 8GB 128GB more than one month. It is my first ever OnePlus phone. My personal review about this phone is as under: Pros: 1. Boxy design looks nice but feels not so premium but if you use its cover it feels nice. Cover quality is very nice. 2. Screen is bright even in sunlight if you select auto brightness. Also screen color and touch response feels premium. 3. Battery life is very impressive with 1.5 day backup with normal use. 4. 80 watt charger is very fast which charge your phone within 30 to 35 minutes. 5. I am not a heavy gamer but I tried asfalt 9 which runs very smooth.I think it'll play heavy games smoothly. So it perform well. 6. I am new to use Oxygen OS. I feels OS premium and smooth without adds. 7. Rear camera shots very good pictures but selfie camera need some improvement which I think can be done via software update. 8. No heating issue. 9. Lightweight. Cons: 1. If you use without case, it doesn't feel like premium phone. 2. I don't like the sound quality although is has dual speaker. You can feel vibration on its back pannel which feels very bad. 3. Selfie camera needs improvement. 4. Zoom is very bad on rear camera. 5. No IP certification. 6. No expendable storage. 7. Paid theme store. 8. Should have some dot notch animations like samsung. At last I can say it is a nice phone with some cons, if you want OnePlus smartphone within Rs. 35000/- you can go for it.
