VALUE FOR MONEY✅, IS IT PERFECT? -NO⛔
My long term review of the device. - The haptics are flagship grade. (as good as S24, better than iphone 13) - Screen is very bright, viewable in direct sunlight. - Has 8MB L3 cache (greater than 8+ gen 1) - Performance is great, scores 1M in antutu. - Throttles under load (BUT CAN BE SOLVED BY UNINSTALLING SYSTEM BATTERY APP, IT WILL MAKE THE PHONE RUN HOTTER BUT NO MORE FRAME DROPS -a tip for gamers) - Main camera is great (9/10), but the stock camera app overexposes images, USE A GCAM then the photos will turn out stunning. (IMAGE PROCESSING IS VERY FAST) - Ultrawide is average in stock camera(6/10), Gcam with HDR+ makes it a (9/10). - Macro camera is a gimmick, don't bother. - Video quality on stock camera app is great, even in low light. Gcam is avg when it comes to video. - Stereo speaker setup that has ample bass and excellent clarity when it comes to music playback, no humming at max volume, speaker is well balanced. - Alert slider is present and is very handy at times. - Optical fingerprint reader does the job no complaints, and is plenty fast. - You get all the animations in Oneplus launcher, which is not present in budget CE phones that are about the same price as NORD 3 - Software supported till android 16 - Build quality is very good Glass back looks premium - IR blaster can be used to control AC, Smart TV, regular TV etc. - Screen on time (sot) of 8hrs after CLEAN INSTALLING THE october patch android 14. CONS (AND FIXES THAT WORKED FOR ME) - The phone runs hot when set up and for a week or so. : When you install a new update, FACTORY RESET THE PHONE, AND SET IT UP AS A NEW PHONE, DON'T USE CLONE MY PHONE APP, when migrating from old phone. Use a laptop to transfer files. - Keep the phone connected to charger at night for a few days after a new update, with wifi/data on OS optimization will be done quicker so you won't face battery drain. - If framedrop occurs when playing BGMI - uninstall battery app via ADB (unrooted) or install ExtremeGT (available on xda) module (if you are rooted). -uninstalling bloatware has not increased the screen on time/ battery life for me (7-8hrs is average on 5g, 9-11hrs on wifi). -Essentially mediatek has also generously provided 8MB L3 cache so, it's CPU scores are slightly better than snapdragon 8+ gen 1 (basically it's inferior to 8 gen 2 only in GPU department - but you won't feel any difference in daily life because it's plenty of power for anything you throw at it) This phone is a great all rounder device, with a proper flagship chip from 2021. and the value for money just makes it a no brainer in the sub 25k segment.

I'll start with performance, it's amazing best under 20k. Camera is good, main camera is very good for price and selfies are good too but ultrawide and macro are bad. Screen is also the best in this price segement you don't get 1.5k resolution in this price segment. Battery life is bad, it barely gives me 3.5 hrs of sot(screen on time) under normal usage, I am not a gamer but I guess for gaming it's battery life will be even bad. Charging is also good 80w is nice. While gaming it will heat, not for gamers. It does have some premium features that you don't get to see in this price segment such as really good haptics, software is really good no ads whatsoever, call quality, glass back, really good software support and overall OnePlus branding. In short everything is great for the price except battery life and heating :)
