OnePlus, don't be shy. Just use the Dimensity 8200 instead, and improve the camera setup.
Xiaomi 13T is still better than this specs-wise, and it's still cheaper. Formerly the 13T, now the 13T Pro is still a "flagship killer" in GSMArena.

Did they add EIS for 4k video recording yet or is it still lacking that important feature?

The quality of the photos is terrible, although at first they seem good. However, when magnified to 1:1, there is an embarrassing lack of detail. I carefully compared the photo quality between my new OnePlus Nord 3 5G and the 7-year-old OnePlus 3T, taking photos of the same objects in the same conditions in all modes and resolutions - the results are devastating for the Nord 3, despite its 50 Mpix, while the 3T has only 16 Mpix. The first suspicion was that the JPG compression they used was too strong, although the size of the output files did not indicate this. Hence, I decided to also test the RAW photo mode in Pro mode, which, to my surprise, showed an even worse appearance, apart from low image detail - unacceptably uneven image exposure, with significantly greater brightness in the center and 50% darker edges, while in 3T they were almost perfect. Processing RAW photos from Nord 3 in e.g. Photoshop is a pain.
In addition, OxygenOS 13.1 in the current release, i.e. September 2023, has a lot of errors, e.g. when using an additional account/user and functions of the cloned system, various phone settings shared between users and the cloned system stop working properly after a few days of use ( e.g. they are stored incorrectly and after restarting the phone some different values come back).
If it weren't for these issues, I would describe the Nord 3 as great.

BT takes ages to connect to my car. 3 years old Xiaomi 9se much faster and smoother. It's a disaster if you have 2 BT devices, on auto may not connect at all.
