The phone and adapter heated up too much that we couldn't hold it while charging for the first time and the sim slot isn't opening. The technician said it is normal which was strange and when we said about the sim slot he asked us to take it to a mobile shop and showed zero interest in helping out. Amazon customer care also never got connected to talk to.

Worst optimization worst working , hangs everytime, only good thing is camera and I think they are taking 36k for camera only. Oppo is simply stealing your money but with a legal way. Sabas oppo.
