Battery life and performance
Camera is nice , but processor becomes laggy within 1 year, my battery totally got inefficient within 1 year and I had to change it. Performance for this phone is sometimes very laggy like while opening camera the phone hangs. I would have said it a value for money if these problems were not there.

Chinese scrap
Always looked for non Chinese products Was using Panasonic mobiles before Presently it is gone from the market. So was forced to buy this. Panasonic IPS display is far far better than this faded display. Voice in the ear Panasonic is awesome they lack marketing. I used to listen to music for hours on Panasonic But here on realms pain in my ears after using for 5 minutes. Japanese technologies like Panasonic Sony European Nokia are struggling in market always due to these cheap Chinese scraps my Panasonic mobile is running like butter after three years changed the battery once camera and front glass broken now yet it is working smooth. These realme and me me products are only brain washers and eye washers Pulp less Cherry.

Phone heating issues
I purchased realme 10 5G 10 sep. 2024. Since the very first day of using the device, I have been experiencing significant heating issues. I visited the customer service center on the same day to report this problem, but unfortunately, I did not receive an adequate response. The next day, I returned to the service center, where the software was changed in an attempt to resolve the issue; however, the problem still not resolved and i have requested for replacement the phone but he denied. My experience with the Realme service center has been very disappointing and his behavior is very bad........
