I have received a used product , pouch cover was tored charge wire is dirt, there is no screen cover on the top of mobile.Reallly unhappy of the item delivered.

Phone is dead in 5 months
Regret buying Realme brand product. One fine day in 5 months the phone stopped working, no power. They have very few authorised service centre at crowded areas and at far away places in Bangalore. We went to a service centre, can’t believe it is so badly run. A big crowd and everyone shouting at the staff as they are frustrated with the product and service. Finally, the staff collected our phone and called back in the evening. They reported the mother board is gone due to liquid entering the phone and it would cost rs 12000. I am sure the phone was not exposed to any liquid, not even water. I took it to a nearby service store, he confirmed some component or the CPU gone bad. He is going to give an estimate for repair. First, don’t buy a phone from a company who doesn’t have own service network. You can imagine the service quality when it is outsourced. Don’t buy Chinese brand because it is few thousand rupees cheaper as we might lose the phone itself in few months. Buy from a brand who would value customer experience than focus on price.
