When we play YouTube videos, the background player use to appear but that is missing now till that i give 5 star but now i can't give 5 star no matter what features it is added.

Processor and camera only nominal it's wrost phone ever in my life.
This realme mobile processor is not good it's something lags , don't take this phone and camera is very bad camera is only nominal 48 mp it's wrost phone ever seen in my life .

1. Touch unlock is bit slow, may takes around 2 secs . 2. Android version is 12, but realme ui is not showing those features.

Network signals drop frequently
After using this phone for over 2 months, I can finally share a feedback. The network receptor is weak. The signals tend to drop on this phone, while it works seamlessly on other mobile devices at home. Apart from this, rest of the features are fine - slim and sleek design, acceptable battery life, etc. Also, I never received the e-copy of invoice from Reliance Digital despite several follow ups & sharing the email address.

First sensible phone this year: a single useful camera, two SIM slots and a separate SD card for huge transferable storage, a headphone jack, a fast modern efficient processor and 5G for those who can use it though turning it off makes no difference except to increase battery life ! Fantastic phone!

yeah, BBK update policy is bad, even Xiaomi gives 2 Android updates to lower end Redmi Note devices such as Redmi Note 8, Redmi Note 9, Redmi Note 9T etc. Some Redmi Note devices got even 3 Android updates, Redmi Note 5 Pro for example. But it is worth noting that the BBK software is more stable and polished, so I think most users will be satisfied
