Description

The REALME X3 is a smartphone that delivers solid overall performance, equipped with 8GB of RAM that supports efficient multitasking and general app usage. Its camera system provides satisfactory results in various lighting conditions, making it suitable for casual photography. The device features a 4200mAh battery, offering satisfactory autonomy for typical daily use without frequent recharging, although it does not include wireless charging capabilities. The display is adequate for media consumption and browsing, but it does not stand out in terms of resolution or sharpness. Internal storage, limited to 128GB, may not suffice for users with large app libraries or media collections, and there is no mention of expandable storage options. Design-wise, the phone falls short of premium aesthetics and build quality. Connectivity options include NFC for contactless payments, but the lack of 5G support restricts network speeds to 4G standards.
In summary, the REALME X3 is well-suited for users seeking reliable day-to-day performance, adequate camera quality, and decent battery life, but it may not meet the needs of those who prioritize design, future-proof connectivity, or extensive storage capacity.

Try cleaning the camera cache every so often - it boosts performance considerably. Regarding quality (definition) I think X3 is very good, but it does depend a lot on subject matter and lighting. Some of them standard comparison with my Nikon D610 DSLR, others are reminiscent of an Instamatic, in terms of detail, etc. Earlier this year, I purchased a new, Doogee V30T, and took side-by-side shots with the realms, using only the main cameras and without digital cropping. Later on, I examined both sets of photos on my laptop, at x25, x50 and x100 magnification. I was shocked! The Realme's performance made the Doogee's camera look rubbish in terms of detail, though I did prefer the colour balance of the Doogee. Goodbye Doogee! Since then, I've tried Realme's latest offering with the Isocell HS3, 200MP main camera. Yes, up to x4, it does produce pictures with more detail if you shoot in the full, 200 MP mode but it is subject dependent. Some of the photos exhibit significantly more detail and this is evident in post-processed, digital crops. Others, however, eg. details on a lamp post taken from a distance, are better on the X3, even though its high res. mode is only 64 MP. The real let down of the X3 has to be its IPS panel; the plastic frame and buttons (no attempt made to disguise it) and the lack of 5G; and poor noise cancelling on video. It's still a good phone though, and often sells secondhand for the price of a budget smartphone.

Ok , i just put a long post , just to keep it short -

My Problem with Realme x3SZ is , its wonder phone in all aspect , incl. Processor , 120 hz, etc. but the negatives are -

1. No 3.5mm. Jack - It makes huge difference in many scenarios. And its angers me , caring for customers by these brands.
2. No Call reording - Native Support , because of that many 3rd Party apps support - 50 - 50.

3. Cameras - My Many Point - In that -
a) 16mp Daylight camera has 2x Noise then 6 Pro. The detail level is also low thanks to this noise , i think its ISP & Lenses might be the culprit. ( Otherwise images are excellent , but i am a pixel-peeper )
b) 16Mp night mode Auto Shots - Silence is Golden.
c) 16Mp Night Mode - Though Sharper & more detailed then 6 Pro , colours , Dynamic Range is for 6 pro , also these are heavily oversharpened , leading to sharpening noise & painting effect. So nothing impressive over 6 Pro.
d) Video mode i felt it below 6 pro ( All modes incl. Primary , though only marginally ) , Yes , voice recording in videos is better then 6 pro.

Google Camera does make remarkable / noticable diff. , but each google cam. image takes 2 - 5 sec. to process , so in realy life unless you are doing stationery object / scenery etc. , its virtually useless , its because of this pratical scenarios ie mainly shooting in Primary 64mp / 16mp mode , night mode that is making the difference , not 5x ( Though excellent in daylight )
