Has both software and hardware issues....
Samsung a 36 is having calls connecting issues .....but requested for replacementn the next day itself .....Amazon app forcefully took to technician visit to confirm the defect.....later he visited and confirmed and he told will get replacement within 48 hrs.....it's almost a week...still not response from. Team Amazon and the inspected agents from Amazon....even Amazon customer care is not responsible for what Amazon sales team did. They mentioned it's a different team thats it ... kindly my sincere advice not to buy samsung a 36 and put urself into risk....
