my father got the same issue last year ago, so some phone master promised to change the screen but he had setup an a fictive screen and this blue-red screen issue shall happened again in the half of time. it very hurt because this phone had been worked so good, not for a playing hard games but m31 had a camera which even be better than new cross-budget phone like a a15, m15 and m14 that my father is using now.

Bought M31 in sep'20. Recently got purple screen issue. Started as a small dot on the edge, and it's increasing its size day by day. Everything was fine till this happened. Also my torch had stopped working very long back. Had some touch issues when even a little amount of water falls on the screen, but that was temporary and solvable!

i have been using this phone since 2020.
until now i am well satisfied with this phone, as all other Samsung phones it takes more than 2 hours to charge 0-100.. that is the only drawback

Bought it in Sept 2020 and till now no issue as of March 2024. I switch off my phone daily before sleeping and on it in morning. Not sure if that's the reason am still happy with the phone.

Delete apps which are not in use. This may solve your problem

Well using since 2021 August and I found it to be a reliable phone thinking of buying a34 however the camera comparison still has differences

I have purchased m31 in 2021 and worked smoothly for 15 months and suddenly went blank. I have shown this to their dealer and they said there is problem of mother board and rqd. replacement for which required to pay 7500.
I feel this model of Indian version is giving trouble
