SAMSUNG Galaxy M34 5G & Amazon Customer Care Experience
I purchased the SAMSUNG Galaxy M34 5G on June 21, 2024, expecting a reliable device. However, within just a few months, the speaker stopped working, which was disappointing for a brand like Samsung. I visited the Samsung Customer Care center, hoping for a simple warranty repair. Shockingly, I was told they wouldn’t repair the phone under warranty, claiming the service had already expired—long before my actual purchase date! To make matters worse, they stated that the phone I received was a used product. This was alarming, as I had purchased the phone brand new from Amazon. I immediately raised a complaint with Amazon, expecting swift support. However, their customer care response was far from helpful. They refused to address the issue unless I provided a denial letter from Samsung, which felt like unnecessary red tape. In summary, the Samsung Galaxy M34 5G has been a major disappointment in terms of durability, and both Samsung and Amazon's customer service have failed to address the problem efficiently. I did not expect such poor service from two major brands. I strongly urge potential buyers to think twice before purchasing this phone, especially from Amazon, given this experience.

I purchased this phone offline mode on May 2024 Samsung M34 5G 6/128. Phone are good, battery, camera, processor speed all good but not for Jio sim because phone showing out of coverage or switched off when someone call me. In Airtel, there are no network issues.

1. Heating problem in summer season 2. Slow charging in summer season 3. Hang problem 4. Speed issue as compared to my last mobile samsung a70 5. Not good as i expect 6. Battery 5 star 7. Display 5 star 8. Processer 2 star So over all 3 star after 6 month use

Worst mobile
Within 1 year I got many issues in the mobile and multiple times phone got strucking and suddenly got blank and when I take it to Samsung store within warranty they didn't cover anything just they are saying will clean motherboard and for display they are saying 10000 need to repair. Worst phone which I have used. Don't buy anyone. We have purchased 2 mobiles and 2 mobiles are gone like same. Samsung mobiles are worst mobiles.
