Been using it for 2 years now. To date works fine. The battery getting a bit less but still lasts a day. Now screen just started to flicker occassionally

Worst phone M 52, I had purchased it on 11.03.2022. First green line came on screen on 31.05.2024, second line came on 14.06.2024, third line came on 01.07.2024. When I contacted service centre, they informed that battery is bulged. Total cost 9400. I had not used any smartphone other than Samsung. At present 5 Samsung mobile phones are used by myself M30s, my wife M52, M14, my children A 20S, M31. Before we wete using core 2, y duos, j7, c7pro os Samsung. We are Central Govt Employees, I understand that lifetime of M 52 worth 25000 os only two years, If the grievance of customers is not posiyively considered,

As the features mentioned for this phone, almost fulfill it. Good battery, capturing pics, space etc.
But the one thing I have noticed that it’s back button sometimes not work properly, until we minimize and reopen the app. That is something embarrassing, not mean I blocked but as a expectation with back button it should work properly.
Not sure a software or hardware defect.....
For me overall rating 4/5
1 is deduct for that flaw.
