Fair point, but you would probably listen to music with a bluetooth device. The mid to high range with increased volume is better for loudspeaker use in noisy environments for conversation, or understanding an instructional video, where it is most needed.

Because they review it against other current phones in its segment not against last years model.. otherwise every phone would end up with a perfect score eventually.
