Disappointing Product and Poor Customer Service
I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ from this seller Appario on Amazon, and I'm extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service experience. **Product Issue:** The tablet developed a major flaw within a few weeks of use. Half of the screen has gone completely dead, making the device practically unusable. This is clearly a significant defect, and it's unacceptable for a brand-new product. **Customer Service Struggle:** Trying to resolve this issue has been a nightmare. I reached out to the seller's customer care multiple times, but getting a response has been incredibly difficult. When I finally managed to get through, the support was unhelpful and unresponsive, leaving me without a solution to the problem. As a customer, I expect better quality products and more efficient customer service, especially when dealing with significant issues like this. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I hope this review helps others make a more informed decision and encourages the seller to improve their product quality and customer support.

Slow charging.
Tablet is working fabulously but the only drawback is the charging. Charging takes 1.5-2hour on 15watts charger. This is by default like this even when fast charging is enabled.
