TV Quality is good for the price point. But the Installation experience with Samsung and Croma has been very painful. First the Installation guy tried tries to sell the wall clamp. Since i dint budje for it, he said table mount clamp has to be ordered from Samsung. Then later after one week of multiple follow up Croma also used to follow up everyday stating reason it will be closed today for one week. Finally strong objection and asking Croma to take their product, i recommend not to buy from Croma

i had purchased this TV on 16th july got the delivery on 17th july but we realized that the tv box did not have any stand in it. we have called croma team over help line number numerous times in past 4 dyas yet there is no update or any complain resolution. PATHETIC service given by croma they dont even update or call back or give time as to when the issue will be resolved. please do not buy from croma

Very bad Samsung customer support installation took too much time I have received product 5 day no one give response

Beware before buying this Installation not completed even after 4 days and continuous follow up with customer care. also, no stand or wall mount provided in package only at time of installation it will given. So you will only have to wait.They can only escalate and ask to wait for 24 hours. If this is the case in Bengaluru imagine other places. Never expected such behaviour from Croma and Samsung. Should had never booked from Croma.
