I used to have this and then upgraded to the Honor Magic 4 Pro. I gave the 11T Pro to my Mum, this was like a super off the chart upgrade to her Huawei P30 Lite lol. She loves it now shes getting hand of it. But when i had it, it never let me down once, battery charges insanely fast, multi tasking was fine no probs there. Even connecting smart pads and stuff to it through Tethering was good. It really is a great all rounder. If my Magic 4 was broken and i had to go back to the 11T pro i wouldnt fuss. The Magic 4 Pro has a better Chip Set but you really wouldnt notice any difference. Dont get me wrong i love my Honor Phone, but the Xiaomi is probably really close to it in performance. Im not one for cameras. The first thing i check when looking at a new phone is, the CPU, GPU, screen and how it can perform etc etc, also screen size and stuff. But camera is last on the list. But the camera on the 11T pro was better than my new Magic 4 Pro, in my opinion. I would rate jthe phone a 9/10 as it doesnt have the Waterproofing, although it does have Splashproof, the money we pay on phones now you'd expect all the ones £300+ to have Waterproofing (IP68), this phone is rated IP67. So 1 point off. Other than that it looks amazing and i even bought a Xiaomi Pad 5 Pro 12.4" I was that impressed with Xiaomi i wont go into that just now, but its another great peice of kit.

Put phone on aeroplane mode overnight
Choose sensible 'balanced' battery under settings battery instead of 'performance'
You can fine tune even further by limiting apps background behaviour.

actually the heat from the quick charge is the main culprit
to extend the battery life, charge in a suitable temperature, maximum 37~38 degree Celsius sth
but since it is 2 separate battery, it supposed not getting heat easily and battery won't degrade fast like you do
it's weird, I do recommend you to check out Accubattery app
You can do a 0 to 100% charge to know your battery life remaining

I bought This phone in October 2022, after 10 months, now the battery is draining superfast. When I sleep, my phone will get discharged minimum 20-25% in 7-8 hours, without any use. My phone usage is very moderate.
Is there any known issue related to battery as I mentioned??
Does 120W Quick Charge damages the battery??
Phone comes with 1 year warranty, will I get the battery replacement under the warranty now??
What are the odds that after next 10 or 12 months, the barrery will again start draining like this??
Please reply who has any answers to ny questions.

Actually, 5fer's observations/comments makes a lot of sense to me. My 11T Pro screen consumes approximately 80% of battery usage on average. I only use it indoors because it's too bulky to carry around in my trouser pocket, that means its screen only uses low brightness compared to using very high brightness when you are using the phone outdoors. Also, when using the phone indoors it usually entails using WiFi as opposed to mobile data, and mobile data consume more battery compared to WiFi; and 5G mobile data consume even more battery power than 4G and its predecessors.

Your comment about the 120W charger is spot on.
The 11T Pro's 120W charger can charge the battery to 100% in about 20 minutes, so the inconvenience in recharging the battery is actually miniscule. That fact renders the subject of battery life insignificant.
