Worst phone ever seen. Camera doesn't work. Mobile gets hang and least satisfied with it. Changed this phone in a year due to many problems. I advice to buy any phone other than Xiaomi

Very very bad experience with Amazon and mi Service, both are denied to replace the phone, in future I will not buy any electronic product from Amazon again and will convince everyone not to buy
Bought a MI 12 mobile phone from Amazon on 22nd dec. It is defective. No sound in it ans selfie camera not working. Also the serial no. In the invoice and box are different. Your technician came N tried to repair but he could not fix it. Service centre also not able to help. Hv already updates the denial letter recd from them. Still no solution. I want this faulty phone replaced or the money back before handing it over. Call me on 9867679291

Product not working as ot should!
Don`t buy electronics products in online, no return or replacement, I purchaged in AMAZON Received 30dec2024 with faults, front cam and speekar not working. Since two weeks i'm roaming around the service centres, still not yet resolved.
