Substandard mobile with ultra slow Hyper OS
Jack of all trades is master of none! I am learning it the hard way. Where should I start? I upgraded? From Redmi note 10 promax, it's chip was giving me issues and it needed time to repair, so i bought this after reading/viewing the reviewers. I cannot open a file without few seconds delay. I cannot record a video at any resolution without stutter. Need to restart atleast once a day. Fish eye lens of camera is annoying to even take a simple picture. Focus issues. Macro camera of Redmi note 10pro max has better magnification than this. 12 gb ram is a joke or the processor is. Calling gives delay in display. During WhatsApp call the display get switched on 'on ear' mode and something get selected many times . I keep finding random screenshots in my camera due to this. I don't even play games and such is my dissatisfaction. Battery backup is one day without much use with dual sims. There are so many mobiles in the world the YouTube reviewers hardly used mid spec mobile to understand true satisfaction of using it. This brand needs serious introspection. Edit April2025: Hyper OS has made this mobile equivalent to 8k mobile you get in stores, everything is slow now. My disappointed is too much in this brick.

Awesome product with good features. 1)200 Mp camera is top notch with 4 k video recording... I personally like recording at 60 fps... 2) Battery - For initial 20-30 days... Battery drains faster due to processor updates... But after that it work ok.... 3) Battery refill is amazing - Thanks to 67 watt fast charging support 4) Display - Display is the main thing which you will notice.. thanks to Amoled 12 bit Dolby vision pannel... Pictures are crisp and pleasuring to watch.. 5) Touch screen is fast and responsive... Works amazing with 120 hz refresh rate 6) processor is also desent SD 7S gen 2 7) Thankfully I got it for 19 k ... As I buy it at last..and redmi decrease it's pricing in last stage when they are about to launch their next phone

I am writing this review after 24 days of using this phone.Selfie Camera is Ok ,Rear camera is good ,but it is not like 200 mp,performance is ok sometimes lag with 12 GB Ram which is not good,UI is poor compared to samsung/oppo which are user friendly. Also there is no return policy ,there is only replacement from service centre.not worth to spend 23k for this phone . Phone battery is good with acceptable charging speed.sound quality is good.

Decent product at this price range
Well it's about one week am using this phone. Few points which might help others who are looking to buy this phone 1.looks wise it gives premium style. No issues on that. touch & speed is good. Once you get the phone you will get an immediate update which just slightly enhances features from androd 14 2.Camera quality is good. At this price range certainly one of the best cameras . Pictures look quite natural. Particularly liked the night mode quality. 3.battery charging is indeed rapid. Gives 100 percent charge in 1 hour. My only problem is that if we don't use battery saver then battery gets discharged in 6 hours even with moderate usage. Needs to charge a twice a day 4.there is no lag as of now. Speed is fast and smooth. Over all a value for money in 22-23k budget..

My honest reply after using about a month
Guys it's actually the best phone after getting hyper os in this device... 1.Camera is absolutely great with no lag at all... Captures very fast and also the 200 MP gives much details and also giving natural colors... Video is the good at 4k 30fps and it's best at 1080 60 fps at both back and front... It's like xiaomi's flagship camera management which also gives better night photography... Totally I loved this camera❤ 2. Performance is better than other phones in this segment... As it's 7s Gen 2 but better than 7 gen 3 used in oneplus and motorolla with less heating and no lag for long game sessions like bgmi or free fire or call of duty mobile.... Can be played with smooth 60 fps and hdr 40fps which feels like butter in bgmi! But does not overheat... 3. Battery health is well optimised it will go around whole day easily with normal social media user.... If gaming is there then 7 to 10 hours.... Charging is very fast!! 4. The build quality is premium which gorilla Glass victus and light weight and display is flagship level... Which u can see movies or series which is very awesome... Overall this phone is better than oneplus or samsung as oneplus overheats and samsung camera is becoming poor... Don't get feel bad for reading bad reviews... Try this on urself if u don't like it although u can return it within 7 days.... Hope this help u guys... VALUE FOR MONEY...

Haha good joke... but not even close, Snapdragon 855+ and A13 Bionic are the best and fastest LTE non 5G mobile cpus Snapdragon 855+ gets 670k in antutu 10 and A13 Bionic 870k. This G99 doesnt even get 400k. Ngl this phone is good for the price most older LTE flagship device dont support 120hz, ans bright displays, so for daily usage I would take this since im not a mobile gamer, but if you want the fastest CPU in a 4G phone for gaming this ain't it chief
