Everything is very good except the battery.

This phone gets stuck while doing multiple task (e.g; playing games + chatting + video call and other uses). Sometimes this phone gets off (screen lock) by itsself. Also this phone battery performance is bad.

I have a a 13pro+ for two months by now, and its proximity sensor is a disaster, (does not have a real, but a virtual proximity sensor (elliptic) )
I really regret buying this phone.

Got me RN13P+5G to replace my RN10P on the back of reviews from the likes of gsmarena. A good general usage phone. Photo apps have come a long ways, combined with a faster processor. I can even take good quality handheld Night Panoramic photos. Only thing I don't like it is the curved edged screen using with the included case. It just felt any day the screen will get scratched, lo cand behold, it did in my pocket with my keys on the 2nd day! Luckily it's on the screen protector. I have since got another case which makes it feels bulkier but a lot more protection.
