Excellent Product, poor buying experience on Jio

Product is great. But avoid buying through Jio. Poor buying experience and irrelevant or standard answers we can get from customer service for delayed delivery. No ownership regarding delivery services. I had to chase the Courier agency and get it picked up after 4 days of expected delivery date.

Build Quality: BEST IN CLASS Performance: 5/5 Display: BEST IN CLASS Speaker Loudness: 4/5 Sound Quality: BEST IN CLASS Camera: 4.5/5 Battery Backup: 15+ hours of screen-on-time on moderate to heavy use. If you're not a hard-core gamer, need a high performance, portable and have the budget then surely go for this. 18GB RAM is the main concern that most people have but trust me the memory is super efficient. If you know for sure you need more RAM then go for higher RAM otherwise it's sufficient

Display - 5/5 Battery - 5/5 Performance - 5/5 Build Quality - 5/5 Camera - 5/5 Sound - 5/5 on quality and 4/5 on loudness. The only concern I had was regarding the RAM of just 18 GB even at this price but believe me it's super effeciently managed. It'll cover the demands of 99.99% of people. If you know for sure that you need more than 18 GB of RAM only then go ahead with bigger RAM or switch to a Windows laptop (which I won't recommend at this price unless you're a hard-core gamer).
