Panel & hinges broken
Hi, my laptop folding area hinges got broken. It is out of warranty, Chennai msi service centers says they won't take service for out of warranty products. Where can I change my laptop parts? Pls suggest me me

Decent laptop but performance doesn't match the hardware capabilites.
Battery life is trash and laptop is very heavy. Decent laptop but performance doesn't match the hardware capabilites. You can get away with basic performance in all games..Nothing extraordinary

Best budget gaming laptop with pro performance
The best thermal experience, MSI has given 7 heat pipes and two aero designed fans. Support softwares on this laptop are very good. I played Apex legends in medium settings and i get around 90-120 fps(stock laptop, 8gb ram, no undervolt, no OC), which is so smooth for a entry level gamer. Got Euro truck simulator on 144 fps on ultra I recommend to get additional 8 gb ram stick, and make it dual channel, It will have a huge impact on performance for sure.(I haven't done yet)

Hey guys I buied this laptop from offline market. Trust me... In this laptop you will get best cooling ever total of 5 or 7 heat pipes , for streaming this laptop is godlike because you can use the nvnec encoder that's provided by nvidia the best thing is in this laptop you will get GTX 1660ti huh! That's awesome and also the keyboard is made by steelseries but in gaming laptop it's normal to get a less battery life but in general use battery life is ok

Defective product received, need to return/replaced
The product I received is defective, it has a dead pixel on the screen. Return request was raised and the product is not picked up till now by Amazon, the pickup agents who are assigned to pickup the product refuse to take it. It's 2nd June and I'm still waiting for the pickup, request was raised on 25th May itself. I need this product replaced as soon as possible or my hard earned money back.
